A dedicated nurse must choose between saving her sick mother's life (who needs an expensive surgery) and breaking her moral code when a powerful hospital administrator offers her a deal—participate in an illegal organ transplant racket.

The series introduces us to , a rural nursing graduate who lands a job at the prestigious City Central Hospital in Mumbai.
