Copy the updated key from your email receipt. Do not manually type it —licenses are case-sensitive and include hyphens. Paste it using Ctrl+V.

If your PC is air-gapped (no internet), click "Offline Activation." You will receive a machine code. Email that code to support, and they will send back an offline license file (.lic). Import that file. Copy the updated key from your email receipt
