Furthermore, there was a major character called "Rocco" who was Franklin’s original mentor. Rocco was a corrupt property developer in Mirror Park. This plot thread was entirely deleted, replaced by Simeon Yetarian’s car-theft ring. If you are a modder reading this and want to play the 0.7 beta, you are out of luck.
